22  | 庚申，詔川峽四路不得將家屬赴任法，其除之。 上批：「河北縁邊安撫司諜知遼人令賀正旦副使趙庭睦覘朝廷西事，慮敵人因語言探測虛實，其當酬應之辭，三省樞宻院同議定劄與館伴」。先是，劉摯等使敵，陛辭日，永樂城已陷，上數言西事，面授畫一十餘條，預為問對之語，曰：「此禁中自草，又歴議所以然」。且曰：「敵多辯詐，毋為所勝」。摯對曰：「臣以誠信，自將上憑威靈，敵雖多詐，安能勝？臣聞言忠信蠻貊之邦行矣！臣謂問對之際，不必過為遷就」。上喜曰：「誠是」。明日，遣中使就郊賜茶六十斤，諭曰：「非常例也」。 提舉汴河隄岸司言：汴河隄岸起三年四月修築，至今年十月八日畢工」。詔都水監官覆視保明以聞。原武埽塞，特賜役兵錢有差。辛酉，上復御延和殿，宣三省樞宻院輔臣赴景福殿，觀魏國大長公主出降粧奩。 尚書省上元豐五年下半年條貫，詔依簽改行下，上每於進擬敕令必簽貼改定，然後降出，其所指擿事理，皆有司牴牾也。詔：「嵐石：隰州都廵檢司舊賜公使錢百五千，移賜葭蘆吳堡寨，縁邊都廵檢使，其石州舊帶三州都廵檢，止令嵐石州各帶本州沿邊都廵檢使，遇緩急應援，各別給公使錢百千」。 |
