14  | 己酉，提舉河北路保甲司言：「諸縣尉、通管縣事外，惟主捕縣城及草市內賊盜鄉村，並責廵檢管勾，縁邊把截、控扼、廵檢兵級，並依舊。其定州、望都、曲陽、北平、唐縣、祁州、蒲陰、保州、保塞、廣信軍、遂城、安肅軍、安肅、順安軍、髙陽、永寧軍、博野、滄州清池、覇州、文安、大成，莫州、任邱、雄州歸信、容城，逼近邊界，舊以使臣為尉，其職與內地不同，鄉村盜賊，恐難一例專責廵檢，欲並令尉依舊條，惟不干預教閲」。從之。 詔沈括：「自出界及接續招納到人口內，有酋首及自來羌巢使令之人，自歸順後，赤心効力擊賊有功者，可品第，力量髙下立功優劣，番次差使臣管押入見」。 |
