6  | 癸未，詳定禮文所言：「祭之有蜡，所以報萬物之成功，然嵗之豐荒有異，四方之順成不等，則報功之禮亦不得一，故記曰：八蜡以祀四方。四方年不順成，八蜡不通。歴代蜡祭，獨在南郊為一壇。伏請蜡祭四郊，各為一壇，以祀其方之神，前期司農關有不順成之方，不報。其息民祭，仍在蜡祭之後」。從之。甲申，白虹貫日。 |
