13  | 丁巳，詔：「升祔禮成，四后之家推其長一人，已仕者遷一官，未仕者與初等官」。詔陜西、河東經略司：「聞諸路蕃官雖轉大使臣，並在漢官小使臣下，朝廷賞功轉資，以為激勸。如此卑抑，則孰知遷官之榮。宜定漢蕃官序位以聞」。後河東經略司言：「蕃官部堡寨兵出戰，常以漢官驅策，恐難與漢官序位」。而兵部言：「乞應蕃漢官非統轄者，乃令序位」。從之。戊午，朝獻景靈宮。 |
