15  | 壬戍，河東路轉運司言：「經畧司去年三出兵耕種木瓜，原等兩不耕地，凡用將兵萬八千五百四十五、馬二千三十六，其費錢七千三百六十五緡、榖八千八十一石、糗糒四萬七千斤、草萬四千三百束，又畨上保甲守禦凡二千六百三十七人，其費錢千三百緡、米三千二百石，役耕民千五百，雇牛千具，皆非民之願，所收麻粟、喬麥萬八千石、草十萬二千，不償所費，又預借本司錢以為子種，至今未償増人馬防托之費，仍在年計之外，慮經畧司來年再欲耕種，望早賜約束」。樞宻院言：河東經略司去嵗差借民牛耕種葭蘆諸寨田，及發防䕶軍馬保甲，靡耗極邊貴價糧草錢物，仍奪農時，令民失業，比至收成，不償所費。詔劄與呂恵卿，宜審較利害，無蹈前失。癸亥，執政官入至福寧殿，王珪言閤門見謝辭，權放內，不許隨放之人，令入門見，其上殿臣僚，非召赴闕者，有奏陳事，權令進入，並至視事依舊」。從之。二月乙丑朔，詔朝散大夫致仕孫竒、知太醫局潘璟、席延賞、教授邵化及赴御藥院祗候，從執政請也。丁夘，詔邵州芙蓉、石驛、浮城等峒已修寨鋪，其歸明戸及元省地百姓，如省地法、應婚姻、出入、典買田、招佃客，並聽從便。從知邵州闗杞請也。 |
