13  | 丙辰，國子司業朱服言：「承詔校定孫子、吳子、司馬兵法、衛公問對、三略、六韜，諸家所注孫子，互有得失，未能去取。它書雖有注解淺陋，無足采者。臣謂宜去注行本書，以待學者之自得」。詔孫子止用魏武帝注，餘不用注。衛公對問者出阮逸家，蓋逸倣杜氏所載靖兵法為之，非靖全書也。 知秦州劉瑾言：「本州倉草場人糧馬料，僅可支三五月，草支不及半月，轉運司収糧價小，無人肯入中，必致有誤嵗計」。詔轉運司全失計置，宜下王欽臣分析。欽臣言瑾始至，不知本末，故有此奏。戸部言：「詳瑾、欽臣所奏不同，乞令欽臣往秦鳯路措置，令瑾協力應辦，如有闕，即一等論罪」。從之。 |
