18 ![](more.gif) | 庚子,詔加上仁宗、英宗尊諡至十六字,於大禮前擇日行。 詳定禮文所言:「儀禮曰:夫婦一體,故昬禮則同牢而食,合卺而飲,終則同穴,祭則同几,是夫婦一體,未有異廟者也。惟周人以姜嫄為禖神,而帝嚳不廟,又不可下入子孫之廟,乃以別廟而祭之,故魯頌謂之閟宮,周禮謂之先妣,自漢以來,凡不祔不配者,皆援姜嫄以為比,或以其微,或以其繼而已,蓋其間有天下者,起於側微,而其后不及正位中宮,或已嘗正位矣,有不幸則當立繼以奉宗廟,故禮有祖姑三人,則祔於親者之說,則立繼之禮,其來尚矣。始微終顯,皆嫡也,前娶後繼,皆嫡也,後世乃以始微後繼,寘之別廟,不得伸同几之義,則非禮之意。夫婦,天地之大義,故聖王重嫡,所以重宗廟,非始微終顯,前娶後繼所當異也。恭惟太祖孝惠皇后、太宗淑徳皇后、真宗章懐皇后實皆元妃,而孝章皇后則太祖之繼后,當時議者或以其未嘗正位中宫,而不許其配,或以其繼而不許其配,若以為未嘗正位中官,則懿徳皇后配太宗矣,若以為繼,則孝眀皇后配太祖矣,而有司因循,不究其失,皆祭以別廟,在禮未安,伏請升祔太廟,以時配享」。詔恭依,於大禮前擇日以典禮奉之。 學士院言:「本院久例,親王、使相、公主妃并節度使等除授并加恩,並送潤筆錢物。自官制既行,已增請俸,其潤筆乞寢罷」。并中書省亦言:「文臣待制、武臣橫行副使及遙郡刺史已上除改,自來亦送舍人潤筆,乞依學士例罷之」。並從之。 詔:開封府界、五路保甲輒投軍者,杖八十,還充本色,立告賞法。餘丁投軍而應充保甲者,准此。其五路保甲餘丁願充弓箭手者,不在破丁之限」。熈寧舊條,杖止六十,於是增為八十,并立告賞法。提舉保甲言投軍者多,乞申眀約束故也。 詔罷銀臺司取索舉奏令。故事,銀臺司凡奏狀諸處已施行者,有著令,得取索行遣㸔詳,若有不當,聽舉劾。時官制行,封駮悉歸門下省,故罷之。 |
