21  | 丁未，知宣州陳侗乞沿江湖州軍，各置水軍三五百人，以廵檢主之，教以水戰，當責廵捕。詔應已招置土兵廵檢地分，如有江河海道，令申所屬具舟教戰。 詔邵州芙蓉石驛等團峒歸眀蠻頭首等，與補名目人數，並依熈寧九年招納三州一鎮蠻例。 禮部言：「祠部給度僧牒，準詔及遞年數即止。案元豐三年，六千三百九十六，四年四千一百九十六。五年九千八百九十七。今取酌中之數，欲以三年為額」。從之。 大理寺言：「河東轉運司上部夫官，逃死三分五分以上，各該徳音原免，然以屬軍制，乞更取㫖裁斷」。詔絳縣王君陳等八人各罰銅三十斤，殿直張整等十人各二十斤，供奉官焦清等十三人各十斤、借職胡奭八斤。 |
