64  | 己酉，詔太常寺别製天書樂章，俟親饗圜丘日，以奉禋祀。又詔取天書降及議封禪以來祥瑞尤異者，别撰樂曲，以備朝㑹宴饗。於是太常寺請郊祀酌獻天書用《瑞安曲，天書升降用靈文曲，又上朝饗用醴泉、神芝、慶雲、靈鶴、瑞木五曲，請下兩制撰詞，從之。 復州防禦使、駙馬都尉柴宗慶遇恩，自康州移復州，不告謝，為有司所舉，以違制論，當贖銅三十斤。有詔末減，罰兩月俸。 辰州大洞狤獠大都頭魏進武及洞主首領覃架圗等以方物來貢。 西涼府斯多特遣使來貢馬。庚戌，置京新城外八廂，上以都門之外，居民頗多，舊例惟赤縣尉主其事，至是特置廂吏，命京府統之。辛亥，命戶部尚書㓂凖知天雄軍、兼駐泊都部署，契丹使甞過大名，謂凖曰：「相公望重，何故不在中書？」凖曰：「主上以朝廷無事，北門鎻鑰，非凖不可爾」。壬子，契丹使左武衛上將軍蕭知可、興國節度使蕭留寜、副使崇祿卿成永、少府監徐備來賀明年正旦。入內髙品王承勛等言：訪聞賀正使一即國母之弟，一即國母之親，皆其所委信，望比常使量増恩例」。上以禮數有定，不許。承勛，文夀子也。 |
