31  | 丙午，宰臣王旦加門下侍郎，向敏中中書侍郎，楚王元佐太師，相王元偓太傅，舒王元偁太保，榮王元儼檢校太尉，內外文武官並進階勲，爵邑有差。 詔定加文武官月俸有差，上承二聖恭儉，富有多積，承平既久，賦歛至薄，軍國用度之外，未嘗廣費自奉，且以庶官食貧勤事，非厚其廩稍，無以責亷隅，故因行慶，特議増給。 遣西京左蔵庫使王應昌使夏州，以加恩官誥賜趙德明，又遣使至交州境上，召李公藴子弟，以官誥賜之。 禁夏州進奉使造軍器歸本道。 殿前侍衛馬步軍司言：「三司准詔將新收配軍馬請受厯，並入勾磨勘，動踰旬浹，事頗不便，望且仍舊」。詔許且用舊厯來月改從新制。丙午，宣政使、提㸃內蔵庫劉承珪上內蔵庫須知五巻，詔褒之。 |
