39  | 戊寅，制以修儀劉氏為徳妃，令有司擇日備禮冊命。庚辰，上御崇政殿慮囚，死罪情理可憫者悉貸之。 詔川陜諸州屯兵，多用草茅覆屋，連接官舎，頗致延火，宜令自今壊者漸易以瓦，無得因縁擾民。辛巳，萬安州言黎洞蠻人互相殺害，廵檢使發兵掩捕，士有傷者，上聞而切責之曰：「蠻人相攻，但許邊吏和斷，安可擅發兵甲，或致擾動？」即令有司更選可任者代之。癸未，入內供奉官江徳明言：監修東嶽廟，民間言山出銅鑛，採鍊得實，望令興置冶務，詔不許。丙戌，令江淮南發運司留上供米二百萬斛，以僃賑糶。丁亥，賜棣州秋租十之三。 令江、淮南丁身鹽米錢自今並免折科。戊子，賜近臣金華殿所種麥。 |
