26  | 癸丑，進士魏剛決配崖州，周惟翰勒出科場，大理寺丞魏瓘停官，郾城縣令張沔衝替。剛與惟翰素有隙，因誣告惟翰詆天書，按鞫無狀，瓘坐延剛與惟翰於家，沔即瓘之近親，與剛等欵匿，故併責焉。瓘，羽之子也，嘗為開封府倉漕參軍，㑹上元與內侍督作燈山，而內侍誅索擾人，瓘宻以狀聞，詔杖內侍於省中。甲寅，江南路提㸃銀銅鉛錫胡則，言信州鉛山縣開放坑港，兵卒死傷甚衆，詔遣使劾轉運司規畫乖當，及提㸃刑獄司不即聞奏之，罪其役徒休息之則。嘗為鑄錢監，得吏所匿銅數萬斤，吏懼且死，則曰：「馬伏波哀重囚而縱亡之，吾豈重貨而輕數人之命乎？」籍為羡餘，釋弗誅。乙卯，建安軍鑄玉皇、聖祖、太祖、太宗尊像成，以修玉清昭應宮使丁謂為迎奉修宮副使，李宗諤副之，北作坊使、淮南江浙荊湖都大發運使李溥為都監。丙辰，加溥順州刺史，旌其鎔範之勤也。 |
