14  | 己未，命知制誥劉筠乗傳祭汴口，以河流淺澁故也。甲子，秦州伏羗城寨戶文禹伐登聞鼓，言「頃年溫仲舒以戎人屢擾寨户，遂拓疆界於隘路口、大洛門置城守把，便致寧貼，後來者卻召蕃部付與洛門地，故迄今時有鈔掠，復請於山丹峽口廣吳嶺上古城、大洛門城、永寧城隘路口置寨，以遏戎冦，詔優賜遣之。乙丑，禁河北河東陜西縁邉部署、鈐轄、都監、知州等，私買軍衣絹染彩，博市府州蕃馬，上封者言：「并州嵗給軍衣絹四萬餘匹，皆自京輦送，如聞軍中悉貿易之，請官自置場，有願中賣者，匹給錢千二百，收貯以備嵗給，可減輦送之半」。詔下三司，三司亦言其便，遂從其請。丙寅，幸相王元偓新宮，賜以衣帶、器幣，又遣賜諸王宮緡錢各有差。 |
