68  | 壬子，江東轉運司言本部災傷，請權罷上供物。從之。太常博士楊偉、郭稹並為集賢校理，殿中丞宋祁為直史館，太子中允韓琦為太常丞、直集賢院，大理評事石延年、趙宗道、上元縣主簿吳嗣復、合肥縣主簿胡宿並為館閣校勘。仍詔館閣校勘自今須召試，毋得陳乞。偉，億從弟。琦，安陽人。延年，宋城人。宗道，賀子。宿，晉陵人也。 職方貟外郎陸叅為崇文院檢討，叅少好學淳謹，獨與母居，鄰家失火，母急呼叅不應，蹴之墮床下，良乆，束帶執燭而至，曰：「大人嚮者呼！叅叅未束帶」，故不敢應。及長，舉進士及第，嘗為縣令，有刼盜被縛甚急，叅愍之呼謂曰：「汝廹於飢寒為是耳！非性不善也！」命緩其縛，一夕逸去，吏亟以白叅命，捕之，嘆曰：「我以仁惻緩汝，汝乃忍負叅如何？」脫復捕得，胡顔見叅又有訟田者，判其状尾而授之曰：「汝不見虞芮之事乎？」訟者齎以示所司，皆不能觧，復以見叅，又判其後曰：「嗟乎！一縣之人，曽無深於詩者！」人皆傳以為笑，蔡齊以為有淳古風，薦之朝，授以館職。丙辰，以給事中李若谷知夀州。安豐、芍陂皆羙田，多豪右分占，盛夏雨溢壞田，輙盜决，若谷擿冐占者，逐之，毎决，輙調瀕陂諸豪使隄塞，其後盜决乃止。戊午，詔獲刦盜而情渉巨害者，毋得擅行凌遲，湏奏聽裁。初，廬、夀、光等州都廵檢使梁紹熈言獲累行刼盜者六人，凌遲處死，故條約之。 |
