戊子，詔以旱蝗作沴，去尊號中「睿聖文武」四字，告于天地宗廟，令中外直言闕政。李𡌴十朝綱要：京東西、河東、陜西蝗，食草木殆盡，宋朝㑹要詔曰：「比年以来，蝗旱作沴，郡國交奏，日月相仍，豈朕徳之不明，将天時之適爾？夙夜循省，咎實在予。嚮縁大禮之成，勉徇羣公之請，増予以睿聖之號，加予以文武之稱，內惟菲涼，非所堪克。其去睿聖文武四字，仍擇日告于天地宗廟，仍令中外各直言極諫。　京東體量安撫使陳執中言，饑民多流亡，請擇少壮者一切募為軍，部送京師，如不願，聽𨽻本城，從之。
