40  | 壬子，以鹽鐡副使、刑部貟外郎劉隨為契丹國母生辰使，內殿承制、閤門祗候王徳基副之。開封府判官、職方貟外郎楊日嚴為國主生辰使，客省副使王克基副之。太常博士、直集賢、同修起居注胥偃為國母正旦使，閤門宣事舍人王從益副之。監察御史崔暨為國主正旦使，東染院副使趙振副之，尋命內殿崇班、閤門祗候張懐志代振徳。基，超子。克基，承衍孫。日嚴，河南人也。甲寅，以殿前副都指揮使、鎮南節度使楊崇勲為武寧節度使、宣徽南院使、兼樞宻副使。 除安利軍客尸乾食鹽錢。乙夘，詔：「河東、陜西諸州，向罷軍士伐薪燒炭，如聞苦寒，公用不給，自今知州部署聽差。廂軍七人，鈐轄五人、都監三人，每季代之，過其數者，以違制論」。丙辰，樞宻使、山南東道節度使、同平章事張耆加右僕射，賜方團金帶、佩魚。 |
