9  | 甲申，以侍御史孫祖徳為夏州祭奠使，朱昌符道病故也。祖徳，北海人，前通判西京，方冬苦寒，詔罷內外工作，而錢惟演督修天津橋，格詔不下，祖徳曰：「詔書可稽㽞耶？」卒白罷役。 有司言：「近制皇帝寳册、法物，金用二千七百七十八兩，皇太后寳册：法物用金二百八兩、銀一千七百六十七兩」。帝曰：「此雖舊制，亦曠費也。自今止依皇太后例，叅用金銀」。 |
