36  | 己丑，客星出天闗之東南，可數寸。嘉祐元年三月乃没。六月乙未，詔益州路鈐轄司，應蠻人出入處，皆預擇人為備禦。時黎州言儂智高自廣源州遁入雲南故也。丙申，置廣州管勾城池甲仗庫、戰船場使臣一員。壬寅，徙知澶州、建武節度使曹佾知青州。時議將修塞六塔，上賜詔問佾。佾言：「河決殆天時，未易以人力争。陛下念河北被患，於功費無所惜，然決口將合流益駛，雖用土如麻葦，積芻如邱阜，且何所施？以臣之見，不如徐觀其勢而利導之，萬全之算也」。佾論與執政異，故徙之。此據李清臣墓銘。按此時猶未修六塔，恐清臣飾說，當考詳。明年十月二日趙抃有言。乙巳，追封皇后父玘為東海郡王，溫成皇后父堯封為清河郡王，母曹氏為齊國夫人。 |
