38  | 癸丑，殿中侍御史裏行吳中復上殿彈宰相梁適姦邪，上曰：「近馬遵亦有彈疏」。且言：「唐室自天寳而後治亂分，何也？」中復對曰：「明皇初任姚崇、宋璟、張九齡為宰相，遂致太平，及李林甫用事，紀綱大壊，治亂於此分矣，雖威福在於人主，而治亂要在輔臣」。上曰：「朕每進用大臣，未嘗不采天下公議所歸，顧知人亦未易耳」。遵，樂平人也。甲寅，出內藏庫紬絹五十萬、緡錢三十萬，下河北助糴軍儲。秋七月壬戌朔，録南作坊副使劉用子世昌為三班借職，世隆三班差使、殿侍。用嘗知瀘州，招來夷賊八百餘人，又一子戰沒，特恤之。 |
