40  | 乙未，祀天地於圎丘，以太祖、太宗、真宗並配，大赦天下，録唐、梁、後唐、晉、漢、周及諸偽國。後建隆以來臣僚將校沒於戰陣，無子孫食祿者，於所屬自言，宗室並與轉官，仍自諸司使以下至殿直，皆換西班官。 令審刑院、大理寺別減定配𨽻刑名為敇五巻。 放并州永利監鹽戸積欠鹽七萬七千七百餘石。乙巳，封宰臣呂夷簡為申國公，王曽為沂國公。 荊王元儼為淮南荊南節度大使、行荊州、揚州牧，仍賜入朝不趨。二州牧自元儼始。武勝節度使，徳文同平章事，上以徳文屬尊，常稱曰「五相公」，而不名，安化留後允譲為江寜節度使。允讓，元份第二子也，上之㓜也，真宗擇宗室子年相若，聰悟可親者與遊，召允讓入禁中，旦暮誦讀共學，凡動作燕嬉，無一不中節，及上出閤，始用雲韶樂導送允讓歸外邸云。 |
