5  | 景祐三年春正月丙戌，詔刑部，自今臣僚雪罪經它司覆視而不當者，其元奏斷及檢書官毋得以赦原。戊子，命知樞宻院事李諮、參知政事蔡齊、三司使程琳、御史中丞杜衍、知制誥丁度同議茶法，諮以前坐變法得罪，固辭，不許，時三司吏孫居中等言：自天聖三年變法，而河北入中虗估之弊，復類乾興以前蠧耗縣官，請復行見錢法」。度支副使楊楷亦陳三說法十二害，見錢法十二利，以謂止用三說所支一分緡錢，足以贍一嵗邊計，故命諮等更議，仍令召商人至三司，訪以利害。 翰林學士承㫖章得象等上所定王公國名，請自今封建王公，自小國升次國，次國升大國，其宋、趙、梁、壽如舊制，不以封，從之。辛卯，降前知大名府、龍圖閣直學士、給事中狄棐知隨州，鈐轄、六宅使朱允中為齊州都監。通判、都官員外郎張周物、比部員外郎宋純，並與監當。先是，南郊給賞庫帛不善，驍武卒李玉等十人，輙譁譟詣宋，純求換易，既不得，乃以瓦甓投廨舍中，棐不時治，事聞，命侍御史劉䕫按視，未及境，衆不自安，棐馳騎白䕫，請紿以行他事，䕫至，與都轉運使李紘誅其首惡，棐坐罷懦，與允中等皆坐責。 西天僧善成等九人貢梵經、佛骨及銅牙菩薩像，崇政殿說書賈昌朝請加賜束帛遣還，無以所獻示外，從之。 |
