30  | 乙丑，太常丞、直集賢院、判磨勘司、同修起居注馮京落同修起居注。時諫官争言，吳充、鞠真卿不當補外，京最後上書，言愈切，宰相劉沆怒，請出京知濠州，上曰：「京何罪？」然猶落修注，臺諫又争言京不當奪職，請復之，不報。丙寅，徙淮南江浙荆湖制置發運使、工部郎中、天章閣待制許元知揚州。元在淮南十三年，急於進取，多聚珍奇，以賂遺京師權貴，尤為王堯臣所知。治所在真州，衣冠之求官舟者，日數十軰，元視勢家要族，立推巨艦與之，小官惸獨，伺候歲月，有不能得，人以是憤怨，而元自謂當然，無所愧憚。 三班院請下諸路轉運司，具部內使臣歲所收職田之數，第為上中下三等，凡差遣不許連入上等，從之。 |
