34  | 壬午，入內押班石全斌為入內副都知，知制誥劉敞封還詞頭，奏曰：「全斌昨已有制㫖，除宮苑使、利州觀察使，未及三日，復換此命，朝令夕改，古人所非，若因全斌自陳，探其不滿之意，曲徇所求，以悅其心，便是朝廷恩典，本無定制，唯繫宦官，臨時徼，乞宣布天下，必以為惑，傳示後世，必以為笑。何則？陛下賞罰當信，天下當教，後世不知全斌功勤，凡有幾何？昨者嶺外之行，已曽受賞，今奉溫成皇后葬畢，賞又不薄，不知厭足，愈求遷進，朝廷亦當愛惜事體，無宜輕改成命。全斌閨闥之臣，尚如此姑息，萬一復有權勢重於全斌者，如何待之？臣雖鄙賤，實惜此體，不敢輙撰吿辭」。從之。後三月，全斌卒，為入內副都知。 詔陜西轉運司，自永興州至益州遞鋪卒，方冬苦寒，挽運軍器不息，其各賜緡錢有差。 又詔湖南鄰溪峒諸縣，其令本路安撫、轉運司舉官為知縣，歲滿京朝官免入逺，選人與免選。癸未，西京作坊使、高州刺史王道卿為西上閤門使。初，道卿以父貽永罷樞宻使恩例，後二年除閤門使，至是，道卿又自援大長公主子孫類多歴橫行，故未滿歲，特遷之。 |
