16  | 丁夘，以真宗順容李氏為宸妃，是日，宸妃薨，宸妃始生帝，皇太后即以為已子，使皇太妃保視之。帝即位踰十年，宸妃黙黙，處先朝嬪御中，未嘗自異，人畏太后，亦無敢言，終太后世，帝不自知宸妃所出也，疾革，乃進位，遽薨，年四十六，三宮發哀，成服苑中，贈妃曽祖應已及祖金華主簿延嗣為光祿少卿，父左班殿直仁徳為崇州防禦使，母童氏為髙平郡太君，攅塗于嘉慶院，𦵏于洪福院之西北隅。始，宮中未治䘮，宰相呂夷簡朝奏事，因曰：「聞有宮嬪亡者」。太后瞿然曰：「宰相亦預宮中事邪？」引帝偕起，有頃獨出曰：「卿何間我母子也！」夷簡曰：「太后他日不欲全劉氏乎？」太后意稍解，有司希太后㫖，言嵗月未利，夷簡黜其說，請發哀成服，備宮仗𦵏之，時有詔欲鑿宮城垣以出䘮，夷簡遽求對，太后揣知其意，遣內侍羅崇勲問何事，夷簡言鑿垣非禮䘮冝，自西華門出，太后復遣崇勲謂夷簡曰：「豈意卿亦如此也」。夷簡曰：「臣位宰相，朝廷大事，理當廷爭。太后不許，臣終不退」，崇勲三反」，太后猶不許，夷簡正色謂崇勲曰：「宸妃誕育聖躬，而䘮不成禮，異日必有受其罪者，莫謂夷簡今日不言也」。崇勲懼，馳告太后，乃許之。 詔京朝官就移差遣，不拘以中書審官，但自近移逺者，即及三代，並與磨勘。 詔選人求試律斷案者，須歴任三考以上。 |
