23  | 夏四月丙申朔，下詔求助，刪去遺誥「皇帝與太后裁處軍國大事」之語。 遣東上閤門使曹琮告哀於契丹，又遣使吿諭邉鎮，出遺留物賜近臣有差。丁酉，羣臣上表請聽政，不允，五上，乃從之。庚子，降詔䘏刑，見輔臣于皇儀殿之東楹，工部尚書李廸初自河陽還，以國哀未得入謁，至是特召見之，尋命廸為資政殿大學士、判都省，命翰林學士章得象為大行皇太后，遺留契丹國信使，崇儀使安繼昌副之，供備副庫使李用和持遺留物賜西平王趙元昊。皇太后既崩，左右始有以宸妃事聞者，上號慟累日不絶。壬寅，追尊宸妃為皇太后。甲辰，詔改𦵏于永定陵，大行皇太后山陵五使，並兼追尊皇太后園陵使，或言太后死，非正命，䘮不成禮，上亦疑焉，因易梓宮，上遣李用和視之，則容貌如生，服飾嚴具，用和入告，上歎曰：「人言其可信哉！」乃於大行神御前焚香，泣曰：「自今大孃孃平生分明矣！」太常禮院言冊皇太妃楊氏為太后，請如咸平二年故事。百官上牋曰殿下，稱教㫖或懿㫖而不上表，從之。戊申，始聽政於崇政殿西廂，并召對契丹賀乾元節使、崇義軍節度使蕭逹、客省使劉日省，罷乾元節上夀。庚戌，以流人林獻可為三班奉職。明道初，獻可抗言請皇太后還政，太后怒，竄于嶺南，至是特録之。 |
