23  | 十二月乙酉，參知政事程戡言：「前知益州，聞風俗所傳，嵗在甲午，當有兵起，而民心不安，葢淳化中，李順狂逆之年，請禁民間私習六十甲子歌」。從之。丁亥，中書奏：「自商胡決為大名恩冀患，先議開銅城道，塞商胡以功大難，卒就緩之，則憂金堤汎溢，不能捍也，願備工費，因六塔水勢入橫隴，宜令河北、京東預完堤埽，并上河水所占民田」。從之，始用李仲昌議也。戊子，知澶州、天平留後李璋為修河都部署、河北轉運使、兵部郎中、天章閣待制周沆權同知澶州都大管勾應副修河公事。宣政使、果州團練使、入內副都知鄧保吉為修河鈐轄，殿中丞李仲昌都大提舉河渠司，內殿承制張懐恩為修河都監，尋以北作坊使、果州團練使、內侍押班王從善代保吉。庚寅，降知廬州、龍圖閣直學士、刑部郎中包拯為兵部員外郎、知池州，坐失保任也。 |
