14  | 己未，降龍圖閣直學士、刑部員外郎任顓為天章閣待制，仍知渭州。先是，顓知潭州，會廣州大商道死，籍其財，得真珠八十兩，以無引漏稅沒入官，顓與本路轉運判官李章及其僚佐賤市之，其後死商之子訟於三司，遂置獄湖南，案未上，三司使王拱辰悉以進，內御史趙抃彈奏，拱辰，以章為宰相陳執中壻，隂有附結，請并劾拱辰，以戒中外。至是，奪顓職，徙章監當，餘悉坐追停。辛酉，太常寺太祝、集賢校理鞠真卿、同知太常禮院、左屯衛大將軍從式上其祖徳芳所藏玉寳，篆文曰「皇帝信寳」，蓋太宗所賜也。 |
