9  | 己丑，賜溫成皇后母楚國太夫人曹氏敦教坊第一區。辛卯，御崇政殿，錄繫囚，并下三京輔郡雜犯死罪第降一等，徒以下釋之。 賜宿州布衣營知止絹十匹，粟麥各十石，知止髙年有行義，為鄉里所推，故賜及之。癸巳，延福宮使、武信留後、入內內侍省內侍省都都知王守忠，罷延福宮使，為武信留後，他毋得援例。故事，宦官未有真為留後者，守忠介東宮舊恩，數求之，上亦欲子之，先是，高若訥為樞宻使，持不可，故止。及是，守忠疾，復求為節度使，宰相梁適曰：「宦官無除真刺史者，況真節度使乎？」上曰：「朕蓋嘗許守忠矣」。適曰：「臣今日備位宰相，明日除一內臣為節度使臣，雖死有餘責」。御史中丞孫抃聞之，亦奏疏力諫，乃罷節度使，不除，然猶得真為留後，言者方奏疏論列，翼日，守忠卒，守忠謹厚細宻，故眷遇最厚，方在疾吿，上令用浮屠法，集僧于其家，凡四十九日，為之禬禳，既卒，贈太尉、昭徳節度使，諡安僖，特給鹵簿以葬。二月乙未朔，詔天下州縣，自今遇大雨雪，委長吏詳酌，放官私房錢三日，歲毋得過三次。 |
