30  | 戊午，殿中侍御史裏行吳中復對于延和殿，上謂曰：「比上封者多言隂陽不和，蓋由大樂未定，且樂之不合於古久矣，朕以水旱之災，繫時政得失，非樂所召也」。己未，秦鳯經畧司言：「昨古渭州沙克、精谷蕃部相攻，而吐蕃轄戩嘗領衆以援官軍，今遣人貢馬，頗有向化之心，欲月増大綵五匹，角茶五斤，妻李薩勒與封邑號。舊軍主李覺薩與轉都軍主，月増大綵三匹，角茶三斤。兄蕃僧遵錐格與賜紫，月給小綵一匹，散茶三斤」。從之。庚申，徙知潭州、刑部貟外郎、天章閣待制任顓知舒州。狄青之南征也，顓得宣撫司移文，稱宣毅卒有功，補為本軍校卒，至顓察其色動，曰：「必有異志」。即付所司案具服，又蒐其家，得細書文字，盡記潭之軍伍兵仗、城郭道路，乃智高所用，為內應者也，顓令梟首以徇，遂修完城壘，大為守備，赦書襃美，賜白金五百兩，於是以疾乞舒州，未行，除龍圖閣直學士、知渭州。 河北縁邊安撫司言：「比降徳音軍士遁入化外者，限百日首身放罪。今契丹誘過河北軍士，前後數千人，乞與展一年」。從之。 置北京作坊軍匠兩指揮。 |
