23  | 西川及山南諸州百姓祖父母、父母在者，子孫多別籍異財。癸亥，詔長吏申戒之，違者論如律。辛巳，以右補闕辛仲甫權知彭州。上謂之曰：「蜀土始平，輕侈之俗未革，爾有文武才幹，是用命爾」。仲甫既至，州兵燕環，誘屯戍軍，謀以長春節宴集日為亂，仲甫初未覺也。時民出郭拜墓，仲甫率官屬廵邏於近郊，見壕中草深，恐其藏伏姦慝，悉命燒薙之。環黨懼，謀泄，遂有告者，凡百餘人，悉擒斬於市。 單州言單父民王美家龍出井中，大風飄廬舍四百區，溺死者數十人。秋七月戊子，水部員外胥昭盛責授左贊善大夫。先是，昭盛權知原州，誤以蕃部入冦，上言及騐之失實，故有是命。 |
