44  | 癸酉，河北轉運使冦瑊言懐、衛州微有蝻蟲，即已焚捕。甲戌，三司言：自京𣙜貨務入便錢，請以大中祥符七年二百六十一萬餘貫為額，每嵗比較不及數，當職官吏，准條科罰」。從之。 詳定茶鹽所言：「入中緡錢舊悉從商人，所有受之，請令十分輸緡錢四五，仍定加饒貼納之差」。從之。乙亥，出聖祖神化金寳牌，分給京城寺觀及天下名山牌，長三寸許，廣寸餘，面文曰「玉清昭應宮成天尊」萬夀金寳背，文曰「永鎮福地」，其周郭皆隠起虵龍華葩之狀，封以絳囊、漆匣，上親題署之。 曹克明等上討撫水州蠻冦，使臣將士立功者，凡千八百一十六人，並等第遷補，及優便差使，賜器帛、緡錢，官吏應奉軍期者，詔奨之。戊寅，監察御史濟隂王博文言：「近充監祭使，祀夕月，其日辰時行事，至已時前禮畢，伏以祀稱夕月，壇號夜明，既属隂靈，翻居晝祭，以臣愚見，恐未合冝，望詔禮官、博士別加詳定」。事下有司，且言：「准禮，秋分祀夕月於西郊，《國語》云：大采朝日，少采夕月。又曰：春朝朝日，秋夕夕月。唐柳宗元論云：夕之名者，朝拜之偶也，古者旦見曰朝，暮見曰夕，故《詩》云：「莫肯朝夕」，《左傳》曰：「朝而不夕」，《記》曰：朝不廢朝，暮不廢夕」。按禮文，秋祀夕月，蓋其時晝夜平分，太陽當午而隂魄已生，遂行夕拜之祭以祀月。未前十刻，太官令率宰人以鸞刀割牲，未後二刻行禮。唐劉禹錫任御史，監祀夕月壇，有詩備記其事，注云：其禮用晝，蓋是古禮以夕行朝祭之禮。又按禮云：從子至已為陽，從午至亥為隂，參詳典禮，合於未後三刻行事」。從之。己卯，河東、江南、益州路並言雨足。 |
