甲子，夏國主諒祚遣族汝威眀興則慶瑭及徐舜卿等來告其母宻藏氏卒。初，李守貴者，嘗為約噶掌出納拜錫齊特濟勒者，嘗侍曩霄及宻藏氏於戒壇院，故出入宻藏氏所無所間，宻藏氏既通守貴，又通齊特濟勒，守貴憤怒，於是殺齊特濟勒及宻藏氏鄂特彭族守貴保養諒祚，因以其女妻焉，時諒祚生九嵗矣。是年十月丁夘，實録書環慶經畧司言：夏國小大王阿叔威宻烈，圭與宻藏鄂特彭殺其國母及拜錫相公，而鄂特彭挈小大王歸其族，已戒沿邊鎮寨預備之。按所稱小大王，即諒祚也。拜錫相公即齊特濟勒也。威宻烈圭，或是李守責，然事與正史差不同，今但同正史及實録諒祚傳，宻藏鄂特彭死，當是今年秋，既不得其月，因遣使來告，始書之。乙丑，輟視朝，以諒祚母喪故也。
