| 8 | 庚辰，河北路轉運使、禮部郎中張問復集賢殿修撰、知徐州，刑部郎中陳汝羲復直史館。上始欲復問職，王安石言：「臣等亦屢商量，但非因差除，又非赦令，故不敢進擬。陛下特與復甚善，然汝羲所坐與問同，俱無大過，恐一例當復」。上從之。 供備庫使髙永亨遷一官，減磨勘二年，髙永能遷一官。王亢循資再任，以鄜延路經畧司言永亨等括田、招弓箭手有勞也。 詔諸路轉運使副、判官、提㸃刑獄不兼提舉常平倉者，並兼提舉。 詔提舉在京市易務及開封府司錄司同詳定諸行利害以聞。初，京師供百物有行，雖與外州軍等，而官司上下須索無慮十倍以上，凡諸行陪納猥多，而齎操輸送之費，復不在是。下逮稗販貧民，亦多以故失職。肉行徐中正等以為言，因乞出免行役錢，更不以肉供諸處，故有是詔。上因謂執政曰：「近三司副使有以買靴皮不良決行人二十者，今兩府尚不下行人買物，而省府乃擾民如此，甚非便也」。 詔歩軍副都指揮使宋守約罰銅三十斤，追罷其子球，除閤門祗候指揮。守約坐以侍衛司雜役兵給球使，令當私罪，流該徳音，特有是命。辛巳，詔進士、諸科及第等人入謝免進銀。故事，既賜第，詣閤門謝恩，進銀百兩，至是罷之。 |
