5  | 至道二年六月甲戌，上遣中使賫飛白書二十軸，賜宰相吕端等人五軸，又以四十軸藏秘府，字皆方圓徑尺，吕端等相率詣便殿稱謝，上謂之曰：「飛白依小草，書體與𨽻書不同，朕君臨天下，復何事於筆硯乎？中心好之，不忍輕棄，嵗月既乆，遂盡其法爾。向來有江浙人號，能小草書，因召問之，殊未知向背，但務填行塞白，裝成巻帙而已，小草書字極難工，亦恐此書遂成廢絶矣」。庚辰，溫州言永嘉縣民陳侃五世同居，內無異㸑，侃事親至孝，為鄉里所稱，詔旌表門閭，賜其母粟帛，上謂侍臣曰：「徳安陳旭一族，孝友恭儉，未見其比」。參知政事張洎奏曰：「旭家長㓜千餘口，世世守家法，孝謹不衰，閨門之內，肅如公府」。上曰：「近聞本郡嵗或小歉，以官倉米二千石貸之，但受其半，且云：省嗇而食，可以及秋成。或謂之曰：曷不受而糶之，可得善價」。旭曰：「朝廷以旭羣從聚居，特出王賦貸私室，豈可見利㤀義，為罔上之事乎？此深可嘉賞」。旭，兢之從父弟也。 |
