13  | 八月壬子朔，詔改強盜法，不持仗，不得財，徒二年。得財為錢萬及傷人者，死。持仗而不得財，流三千里。得財為錢五千者，死。傷人者，殊死。不持仗得財為錢六千，若持仗罪不至死者，仍刺𨽻千里外牢城」。既而有司言：「竊盗不用威力，得財為錢五千，即刺為兵，反重於強盜，請竊盗罪，亦第減之，至十千刺為兵」。詔可。尋又詔京城持仗竊盜，得財為錢四千，亦刺為兵，自是盜法惟京城加重，餘視舊益寛矣。癸丑，知樞宻事李諮落起復。 |
