58  | 辛酉，翰林學士、禮部侍郎晏殊為樞宻副使。庚午，宰臣王欽若為譯經使。唐譯經使，以宰臣明佛學者兼領之，國朝翻譯經論，初令朝官潤文，及丁謂相始置使，而欽若乃因譯經僧法䕶等請為使，議者非之。壬申，判國子監、翰林侍讀學士孫奭、龍圖閣直學士馮元等奏：「近召河南縣主簿郭稹充直講敕令發遣歸任，所闕直講，別舉官以聞。臣等知稹文學優長，履行修謹，欲徃任所，且令在監分經講誦」。詔以稹為國學說書，仍令自今於參選人內保奏，不得抽差，見在任官。稹，祥符人也。 |
