65  | 癸亥，徙崖州司戸參軍丁謂為雷州司戸參軍，謂家寓洛陽，嘗為書自克責，敘國厚恩，戒家人毋輙怨望，遣人致於西京留守劉祈，付其家，戒使者伺㑹衆僚，時達之得書，不敢私，即以聞，上見之感惻，故有是命，謂雅多智，是猶出於揣摩也，宰相言：「謂天下不容其罪而竄之，今不緣赦宥，未可內徙」。上曰：「謂斥海上已數年，欲令生還嶺表耳」。乙丑，淮南節度使、檢校太師、同平章事張是以前官充樞宻使，旻尋改名耆。 保大節度使錢惟演加同平章事、判許州。癸酉，契丹遣彰勝軍節度使蕭穆古、潘州觀察使鄭文囿來賀皇太后正旦。遼使賀太后正旦始此。甲戌，契丹遣右監門衛上將軍蕭從正、右諫議大夫仇道衡來賀正旦。 詔自今轉運司及州府差官推勘磨勘及勾當諸般公事，如已請驛料添支者，不得别給。 |
