丙申，合祭天地於南郊。御丹鳯樓，大赦，受冊尊號於乾元殿。國初以來，南郊四祭及感生帝、皇地祗、神州凢七祭，並以四祖迭配。上即位，但以宣祖、太祖更配，於是合祭天地，始奉太祖升侑焉。殿直王操獻《南郊頌》，上悅之，召問曰：「汝在江南與誰等？」操曰：「與張洎同」。上問：「洎今為何官？」左右對曰：「太子中允」。己酉，即以操為太子中允，令開封府訪義居孝行年八十已上者，臨見之。　初，閤門祗候王侁使靈州通逺軍，還言主帥所用牙兵，率桀黠難制，慮嵗久生變，請一切代之，上因遣侁調發內郡卒徃代，戍卒聞當代，多願留，侁察其中有旅拒者，斬以狥，卒皆惕息，遂將以還。此事實録、本記皆無之。㨿侁𫝊云送契丹使至境上還，即為此行。今按實録，侁送契丹使至境上，在此年十月乙亥，而十二月戊寅，又復命侁與郭守文同䕶靈河之役，則侁徃西邉，當在十一月前後也，今附見於此。𫝊又云：侁一嵗中徃來西邉，多奏便宜，頗聽用。所云「一嵗中」者，盖通先在清水時事言之也。
