16  | 中書舎人王祐，以疾家居，告滿百日，上謂宰相曰：「此人文章外，復有清節，不中理事，斷不為也。當優奨之」。冬十月庚寅朔，拜兵部侍郎，宰相以舊制舎人止遷後行，上特命焉。先是，史館承詔集神醫普救方，中使王文夀監督，氣燄甚盛，館中學士日夕往謁，祐獨不往，時論稱之，翰林學士賈黃中等上《神醫普救方》一千巻，詔頒行之，賜黄中等器幣有差。 詔諸路知州、通判并監當物務京朝官、使臣，無得出城迎送轉運使。從河北轉運使劉蟠請也。 |
