八月壬戌，工部侍郎、平章事陳執中罷為兵部尚書、知陳州。先是，河决民流災異，數見執中無建明，但延接卜相術士，言者屢攻之，因論執中越次用李中師為府界提㸃，及呂昌齡等出入門下，喜進無學匪人，不恊衆望，而執中亦以足疾辭位，自陳不願為使相、大學士，詔從其請，翰林學士孫抃當制，遂除尚書左丞，文彥博、宋庠言恩禮太薄，乃下學士院貼麻改命之。據陳繹拜罷録，載執中為言者所攻，乃罷，下制云：「間以河道潰溢，民版流移，露章祈退」，故從其請」。而實録正、附傳但云執中以足疾辭位，不載其嘗被言也，疑本傳或有縁飾，今從拜罷録。　禮部侍郎、平章事文彦博加吏部侍郎、昭文館大學士、監修國史、樞宻使、工部侍郎宋庠為兵部侍郎、平章事。案宋史宰相表作宋庠，自樞宻使、檢校太傅、行工部侍郎，加兵部侍郎、同平章事、集賢殿大學士」，此所載疑有脫誤。樞宻使、保寧節度使、同平章事王貽永兼侍中、右諫議大夫。按宋史宰相表作「左諫議大夫」。。參知政事龎籍為工部侍郎、充樞宻使。樞宻副使、右諫議大夫高若訥為工部侍郎、參知政事。翰林侍讀學士、吏部郎中梁適為左諫議大夫、樞宻副使。
