20  | 戊戍，詔羣臣毋得上尊號，上謂輔臣曰：「比遇大禮，輒加徽號，豈稱朕所以奉神昭孝之意？」文彥博等曰：「陛下嚴父以配上帝，則臣子亦有愛戴君父之心」。伏奏至於三四，上不從，彥博又以請，上固拒之，乃奉詔。己亥，詔祠明堂，宜盡物以遵典禮，自乗輿服御諸物，務令有司裁簡之，分遣朝臣詣天下名山大川祠廟祈雨。庚子，契丹遣殿前副㸃檢忠正節度使耶律益、彰德節度使趙柬之來告，伐夏國還，益自言契丹三路進討，契丹主出中路，大㨗北路兵至西凉府，獲羊百萬、槖駝二十萬、牛五百，俘老㓜甚衆，惟南路小失利，恐夏人妄說軍勝，誇南朝，然得邉奏，皆以謂遼主濟河，不遇賊無水，草馬多死，耶律貫寧大敗於師子口，惟劉五常獲陜西所䧟屬戶羌二十餘人，因而來獻，其言多俘獲，蓋妄也。 |
