乙亥，朝奉郎、守太府少卿宋彭年言，殿前、馬歩軍司管軍闕官，乞依故事差八員，仍逐司常留一二員宿衛。詔管軍朝廷重事，彭年妄有干預，特罰銅三十斤。　延福宫使、入內都知、利州觀察使張茂則為寧國軍留後、入內都知。吏部郎中胡宗愈為右司郎中，工部員外郎髙遵恵為右司員外郎。左司郎中范子竒直龍圖閣、河北路轉運使、右司員外郎范純粹直龍圖閣、京東路轉運使。　詔以太皇太后七月十六日生辰為坤成節，趙子崧中外舊事云：宣仁聖烈皇后垂簾，坤成節，內外命婦入賀，上壽畢，內侍老宗元大呼于殿廡，曰：「除宰執、宗室命婦，依故事外」。髙氏命婦盡出就宅賜宴，即歸，供帳甚盛，沾及奴僕，嵗以為常，蓋太皇太后惡請託而逺之也，可謂公矣！」髙世誕證之，云：「宣仁既修北宅以奉親，其母兩國太夫人李氏入謝，因請置潛火一鋪，后曰：「但令公繪、公紀省事，豈解失火？」李夫人不樂，復曰：「曹家亦是聼政時，南宅創添潛火人」。后變色曰：「姐姐殊不思之甚也！二姐豈敢比孃？」孃孃嬢於趙氏有大功，不可引也。因手扎戒二髙，不得妄干請，其家至今寳蔵。髙世誕云，此一叚當別附。　詔催作二王外第。政目十二日事。　鄜延路經畧使言，蕃部伊實鄉道入西界，殺副監軍等首級，乞與近上班行。詔與下班殿侍。　湖北都鈐轄、轉運司言，權知誠州、西京左蔵庫副使兼閤門通事舍人周士隆招納溪峒有勞。詔遷一官，令再任。
