30  | 甲辰，徙瀛州團練使李延渥知邢州，西上閤門副使、知雄州李允則知瀛州，引進使、華州團練使何承矩知雄州。允則言：「朝廷不欲困軍民，故屈已議和，雖國費甚多，較之用兵，其利固不侔也。但擇邊將，謹守誓約，有言和好非利者，請一切斥去」。上曰：「兹朕意也，邊將皆如是，朕豈復有北顧之憂乎！」乙已，步軍副都指揮使、河西節度使桑贊罷軍職，判潁州。贊副王超總戎禦敵，逗撓無功故也。上不欲暴其過，止以足疾罷之。 |
