26  | 丙申，令開封府察受納夏稅場，無使遲滯。 寧州山水泛濫，壊民舍、軍營，命中使馳傳存撫，給錢糧，溺死者官為埋瘞，葺其居。 定州軍城寨言，得契丹西南靣飛狐安撫使牒，請諭採木民，無越疆境，命轉運司與本州據部民取材之所，召其疆吏，同立標幟以示衆。辛丑，以西上閤門使孫全照為東上閤門使，領英州刺史。全照形短，精悍知兵，以嚴毅整衆，然性剛使氣，専任刑罰，中書初進擬嚴州，上曰：「全照深刻，常慮人以嚴察謗已，今授此州，似渉譏誚」。乃改命焉。 |
