20  | 丁酉，葬明徳皇后於永熈陵。 內殿崇班謝徳權提轄三司衙司，徳權設條制，均其差使，有大將𨽻內侍主藏，內侍為奏留，規免煩重之役，徳權擕奏白上，極言其僥倖。上嘉徳、權有守，又命提總京城四排岸，領䕶汴河，兼督輦運，先是，嵗役浚河夫三十萬，而主者因循隄防不固，但挑沙擁岸趾，或河水泛溢，即中流復淤矣，徳權須以沙盡至土為限，棄沙隄外，遣三班使者，分地以主其役，又為大錐以試築隄之虛實，或引錐可入者，即坐所轄官吏，多被譴免者，植樹數十萬以固隄岸，又建議廢京師鑄錢監，他功利多所經畫云。十一月庚子朔，詔減河北、河東、陜西諸州指揮使使臣，以邊防無事故也。 |
