11  | 戊午，知樞宻院事陳堯叟起復故官，堯叟表請終䘮，不允。 上封者言：諸路廵檢當擇武勇，心力彊明者，乞不用福建、荊湖、江、浙、川峽及衙前省職文資出身人領其事。上謂王欽若曰：「人之勇怯，豈限南北，若此區別，非任人之道也」。衡州防禦使、樂平郡公德恭被疾，上再臨視，見其羸瘵，憂形於色，其子承慶割股肉以食焉。己未，德恭卒，上臨哭之慟，贈保信節度使，封申國公。 |
