12  | 庚申，西涼府康古蘭家、宗家咱隆、當宗、章宻等十族來貢。 向敏中等言：「德明終未推誠，恐難盡副元約，但令遣長子親弟宿衛京師，及貢結誓表章，自今毋得攻劫內屬蕃部，縱有爭競，亦當奏裁，如詔書所指三事，頗為要切，候其親弟到闕，并得誓章，則先許五事，悉願與之，姑務羇縻，以緩爭戰可也」。上意許焉，又慮德明空接續進奉，肆其徼求，在彼固無虧損，而我漸失機㑹，復賜敏中等詔，令亟圖之，并以邊臣及蕃部所奏德明廹脅攻劫事狀付敏中等，且言所掠去蕃口，縱不能給還，亦當重作要約，絶其後犯。因促賀守文等入辭，徃詣敏中等，靣受詔書，歸諭德明。 |
