6  | 癸卯，向敏中、張崇貴等，言趙徳明累表歸順，詞意精確，望降詔慰諭，從之。 鄜延副都部署石普言，夏州請盟，朝廷加以恩制，望不授押蕃落使，上曰：「是蕃部舊職，不可去也，然普意亦有可采，宜令止兼管內押蕃落使」。已酉，詔：「聞陜西縁邊州軍游惰之民，聚而蒱博，急則為盜，恣擾鄉閭，宜令所在申明舊詔，嚴行禁止」。庚戌，詔以稼穡屢登，幾務多暇，自今羣臣不妨職事，並聴㳺宴，御史勿得糾察。上已二社、端午、重陽，并旬時休務一日，祁寒、盛暑、大雨雪，議放朝，著於令。 知鎮戎軍曹瑋言伊普才迭等族首領率其屬來歸，欲發兵應接，上以徳明輸貢効欵，議加朝命，乃詔瑋等如舊係熟戶則依例安置，自餘勿為發兵。 上謂輔臣曰：「明徳皇后園陵頓遞，如聞所司廣有須索，頗擾於人」。乃詔內侍取宮掖及諸王院一行人數付御廚、翰林、儀鸞司，除本司祗備外，所須什物，畫一以聞，即詔州縣供給，仍諭所至，非有宣敇，不得應副，揭榜以示民。 |
