64  | 六月丙申，中書門下、樞宻院上言：「伏覩近詔宰執近臣，咸令旌別淑慝，其如中書樞宻院，接待賔客，屢經條約，未得允當，蓋樞機之任，誠務謹嚴，而政事之間，亦資詢訪，若早暮接納，慮機務因兹𣻉留，如或延見艱難，亦利害無由啟露，又分㕔言事，或有異同，将狥至公，願頒永式，欲請自今外任得替到闕，及在京掌事官，有公事，許已前至中書、樞宻院聚㕔相見，其事闗急速者，不在此限，非因公事，不許到㕔」。詔從之。 |
