7  | 二月壬戍朔，以江南進奉使劉崇諒為都官員外郎。崇諒，仁贍之子也。當考崇諒在江南為何官，以何事來，何時到癸亥，詔潭州嵗調紙百七十八萬餘幅，特免十年。乙亥，以荊南荆門鎮為荊門軍。 權知慶州史福福，未見。言敗戎人于華池，殺百餘人，獲牛羊六百餘口。時刺史姚內斌入朝，久留京師，故命福權知州事。實録稱慶州刺史史福，蓋誤也。時姚內斌實為刺史，內斌以四年入朝，久留京師，故命左衞將軍史福權知慶州，見于八月內。斌尋復還本任，至七年二月始卒，史福固未嘗真拜刺史也，今改之。丙子，詔開封等十七州府各置河隄判官一員，以本州通判充，如闕員，即以本州判官充。 |
